Amazing and affordable
I have been getting this subscription box for about 6 months now and have been a big fan of all of the candles I’ve gotten. I have tons of candles from many different candle companies but now most of my collection is from Gourmet Candle. I love how the aromas are room filling. Some scents are stronger than others which great because my mom likes lighter soft scents, so if its lightly scented when I burn it, I just order it from the site and get it shipped to my mom. I also love how long each candle lasts. This subscription is most certainly worth every penny!
How much do the Gourmet Candle subscription boxes cost?
Gourmet Candle has a variety of monthly subscription boxes ranging from $23 to $42 per month, including shipping, depending on which box you select.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions will be automatically renewed and automatically billed on a monthly basis and your payment method will automatically be charged every month until you cancel. Your monthly billing date will be the same date that you signed up for your subscription. For instance, if you signed up on the 5th of January, then your billing will be the 5th of each month.
With respect of Gourmet Candle subscriptions subject to automatic renewal, you agree that Gourmet Candle may submit periodic charges (e.g., monthly) to your chosen payment method without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice that you wish to terminate this authorization or to change your payment method. You agree that such notice will not affect charges submitted before Gourmet Candle reasonably could act.
By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge at the then-current subscription rate and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.
When does Gourmet Candle ship?
Gourmet Candle typically ships out boxes on the 15th of every month. Orders placed before the 10th of each month will be shipped in that same month. Orders placed after the 10th of the month will be shipped on the following month.
How do I reach Gourmet Candle’s Customer Support?
How do I cancel Gourmet Candle?
Subscriptions will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis and your payment method will automatically be charged until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription anytime by sending a cancellation request via email to info@GourmetCandle.org with the subject line, "Subscription Box Cancellation." However, request must be received 7 days prior to your monthly billing date to avoid being billed for your next subscription box. Your monthly billing date will be the same date that you signed up for your subscription. For instance, if you signed up on the 5th of January, then your billing will be the 5th of each month.
