Gourmet Candle Wholesale/Bulk Order Policy
Here at Gourmet Candle, we believe that building strong relationships with our wholesale partners is essential for mutual success. We are committed to providing top-quality products and excellent customer service. Our wholesale policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency in all transactions while protecting the interests of both parties. We understand that circumstances may arise that require adjustments to our policy, but we will always work with you to find a solution that works for everyone. Our wholesale policy will be enforced to maintain the integrity of our partnership.
Wholesale/bulk orders are considered orders placed with quantities of 25 or more items.
When completing a bulk/custom/personalized/wholesale order, we order supplies from our supplier to create your order as well as design your label's proofs. If a custom/personalized/wholesale order is cancelled, sub-consequently we will have to cancel the supply order from our supplier who will charge us a restocking fee for returning the supplies.
Due to the nature of custom/personalized/wholesale orders, there will be a 40% restocking fee charged for ALL custom/personalized/wholesale orders that are cancelled within 48 hours/2 days of receiving your payment to compensate for the supplies ordered from our supplier to create your order.
Please note that all sales are final for custom personalized/wholesale orders after 48 hours/2 days of payment and are not eligible for a refund. For “Special Circumstances”Restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
